Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are looking to get an analytics expert who has an advanced knowledge of Google analytics, tag manager, cross domain tracking, Eventbrite ecommerce tracking, segmentation and filtering based on behaviour, the creation of automated reports and ideally Google analytic integration with Google sheets GA plugin. Wilst the items below are what we need doing, we are willing to take a consultants advice. We will need to have a skype call with shortlisted proposals and preferrably UK based.
ITEMS FOR CONSULTANT
Fix code - should only be one GA code, at moment there appears to be multiple tag and GA codes (according to Google Tag assistant)
1. Our bounce rate is unreliable low (2%) according to Google Tag assistant this is caused by a double click issue on page load
2. Set up cross domain tracking GA & Eventbrite (test with proof that it works!)
3. Check that Negative terms/IP addresses (staff from our offices) are not recorded, these are set up as filters
4. Set up goals
5. Check that channels are correctly attributed as there are a lot of users who come through direct/search (maybe this is correct already and means our brand is well known) or that some channels are being incorrectly attributed as direct
6. Give recommendations, help set-up funnels
7. Give advice, help set-up ecommerce tracking (is this a better option than goal tracking on Eventbrite) i.e. ticket type/conference/price
8. Set-up reports (to run weekly automatically) to run automatically (see the reports section below)
9. Give recommendations on how we can set-up some rudimentary profiling on our audience.
10. Recommend or help set up segment/filter views based on above advice
11. Give advice/recommendations around how Google Analytics can integrate with Salesforce/Pardot (if possible)
12. Visit office or skype call on help managing the above on an ongoing basis.
13. Bonus (possibly?) set-up reports to run in Google sheets GA plugin and automate population of overview dashboard with graphs
14) Weekly reports set-up with following attributes
Ticket purchase click through rate
Segmented by campaign/channel
Path / journey
Abandoned cart metrics
Ecommerce sales/conference type/price
As above, segmented/filtered by audience (gender/C level?/location etc)
Engagement - weekly general barometer
Best performing content - articles/speakers
Channel entry point (social/direct/email)
Best performing secondary content
No of users/sessions, time spent on page, bounce rate
Weekly traffic barometer
Sessions
Users
New users
% new users
Bounce rate
Marketing channel mix and attribution
Formula for the ‘just right’ mix
level of influence each step has
How many steps it takes to make a sale
Monthly report
The combining of all weekly reports into monthly report (this will probably be done manually by Code Sync staff)
IMPORTANT
