We are part of a big company which has big systems for sales and customer service. What we want is a tool that a small company might use -- we want to bring a small team up and running within our big company -- to put in place for a team of 30-50 analysts who create the content that goes into our subscription products. We want a tool to let our customers call or chat to reach our analysts directly. Are you experienced in modern, cloud-based call center (phone and chat) systems?
