Description
Greetings to u. I purchased a home called The Georgians on The Bishops Avenue, in 1989 in North Hampstead, London. The Land Registry id number for this property is 466690. When I filed the title in 1989, the Land Registry allowed it to be filed as a private filing that would not appear on the public property title report.
I am attaching the property title report showing a buyer, by a couple in 1983 and a buyer on 3 October 2013. I am attaching an email from the Land Registry to me, showing a transfer of the property (466690) on 20 February 1987 and again on 19 May 1993. The 1993 transfer is a fact, supporting my assertion, I filed a document in 1989 showing ownership via Arden Court Gardens Ltd., with my signature on the real-estate document.
A high street solicitor mentioned to me I need to furnish an utility bill. However, I never turned on the utilities from 1989 to 2014. Three journalists at The Guardian researched this information for a five minute news segment. I have the link if you want to see it. Because of no utility bill, Land Registry informed me to hire a solicitor to get a court order, ordering the Land Registry to turn over the document I filed privately in 1989. What would be the court costs? What would be your court time costs?
What would be the cost for you to retrieve the document? Can you retrieve it over the phone with the Land Registry? What would be the fee charge from the Land Registry? I can provide you with an apostilled passport. TYVM in advance for answering my questions. Merry Christmas.
Sincerely,

Hello,
I am property researcher with many years experience, an enquiry like yours needs to be done via a form sent to the Land Registry this to ascertain if there is access or record off the document you mentioned I will contact the Land Registry asap to see exactly which form is required, is this process of interest to you ?
Regards
Graham HannahSam H.23 Dec 2017Hello Mr. Hannah,
Greetings to u. TYVM for getting back to me so fast. I like your idea. You looked a the two .pdf/s attached to this job? I used a Land Registry OC2 Form to get the property title report. Joanne Woodley, a csr, told me if I didn't have a utility bill, then I have to get a solicitor for the court order to order them. But if you think there is a form, I would like to know about it. TYVM again. Merry Christmas.
sam j. haimGraham H.05 Jan 2018Hello,
sorry for the late reply I succumbed to one of these 'winter bugs" so I have been somewhat incapacitated. However I did get a reply from the Land Registry saying that the best course of action was to complete and send a OC2 form I know that you have already went down that route. The Land Registry say that all documents relating to that title are stored with the deed itself ? any thoughts.
Regards
Graham
