I am starting a new business which focuses on vinegar and lemon being used for various uses. This includes using it for:
- cleaning;
- de-scaling (removing limescale);
- health benefits.

As a result, I need an expert who can advise AND answer the questions I have about them. Some sample questions are:
- Benefits and drawback of lemon natural/organic lemon vs citric acid vs natual/organic vinegar vs acetic acid.
- Can we find concentrated natural/organic vinegar and lemon in the UK and indicative costs if bought in bulk?
- Best packaging method and material (safety for use/consumers AND maintaining natural goodness / effectiveness for longer term)
- Longevity / expiry dates of each
- Associated risks (health and otherwise) for consumers when used for drinking or on skin / hair
- Various ingredients that can be added to them to make a more effective mixture to achieve the above listed uses/benefits
- Effect of heat on them (e.g if heated to various temperatures) - any risks due to this? Do they become corrosive? Does it reduce their effectiveness for health benefits OR as de-scaler).
- Can natural vinegar (rather than acetic acid) be produced without its smell? Any alternatives to reduce smell example mixing with lemon OR with natural edible oils?
