Hi,
my social enterprise requires a business plan and marketing plan with marketing strategies for growth. We have a budget of £160 for the business plan as we have to consider other budgets within the service. We would prefer a minimum Cert 5 Freelancer who would be willing to write the plan. I am in the process of building a redesigned service for Muslim Marriage Services (UK based) which is targeted to Students and Alumni as the primary target audience to help resolve the Muslim Marriage Crisis. My secondary market is professionals over 30 (grads/non-grads). Our third market will be for discreet matchmaking at £399. We have set pricing according to what survey respondents would be willing to pay for such services via https://www.muslimmarriageservices.org/muslim-marriage-crisis-market-research-survey/. Boost Local are providing 3 months free SEO to help reducing our website SEO marketing strategy costs (£59.99 per quarter) and they are a Google Premier Partner. We will relaunch in late January. We are looking at halal crowdfunding on Launchgood.com to fund marketing strategies for the next 3 years. Perhaps we should also request funds for an app at this time or later? We have created a Trustpilot review account-https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/muslimmarriageservices.org. We have contacted celebrities for feedback which has been positive. However, Isocs have not been very responsive. Our USP; Uploading and approving of ALL student/alumni and professionals IDs within 72 hours. Contacting all chaperones/Walis to verify permission for family members to seek marriage partners. Dynamic video profile upload as opposed to just static photo profiles. Personality & compatibility testing via free 3rd party online services as we prefer to give members free choice as to which personality tests they would like to use. Very searching profile creation questions e.g. What are you passionate about and why? We are actively involved in our local communities in order to create brand awareness. We will appear in QuestionPro December newsletter case study detailing why we chose their survey softeare and how it helped our branding. The market research which we designed ourselves despite not being a marketers suggested that half the respondents would expect to pay £5 per month for a verified database of young professionals. Hence, we created a two-tier membership structure; students & alumni (18-29) pay as little as £2 per month on 12-month plan. Professionals (over 30 graduates/non-graduates) pay as little as £5 per month on 12 months plan. We have been awarded a placement for NatWest Entrepreneur Business Accelerator Programme. We have also entered for the Islam Channel Business Awards in February and have been invited to attend Living the Life on Islam Channel as a nominee.
Thank you, Mostafa.
