Outlook Gardens are a leading, multi-award winning garden design build and maintenance company in the UK & Ireland. We are looking for an experienced sales person to work with us on a weekly basis as a consultant to develop new business.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in use of a CRM system (preferably ZOHO) great people skills and good sales track record.
The role of the Remote Sales Consultant is to;
- Develop marketing prospects and leads into potential meetings/ consultations for the Managing Director of Outlook Gardens
- Deliver proactive outbound sales activity on a weekly basis for acquired leads as provided by the marketing department and develop to a qualified lead.
- Use, maintain and manage the CRM system that is in place (Zoho)
- Adhere to a clear, managed process for the sales funnel activity, from lead to customer
In summary, this will involve;
Outbound Sales
To make outbound sales calls on a weekly basis using contacts provided by the marketing department and follow up emails as required. The aim of the outbound sales is to develop any marketing leads into a meeting or consultation for the Managing Director. Leads will be mainly commercial contacts in similar fields to Outlook Gardens such as architects, property managers, and designers. However, from time to time, there will also be residential leads to follow up with. A set criteria for leads will also be provided.
CRM Management:
Outlook Gardens uses Zoho CRM for marketing, sales & project management. Part of this role, will involve uses this on a weekly basis. For example, keeping all essential data maintained, activity progress and reporting. Regular liaison with our Marketing Manager on all activity will also be required.
Weekly Reports:
Weekly reports to the Managing Director & Marketing Manager will be required to ensure full visibility of ongoing sales activity. These will entail elements such as activity undertaken, progress made, number of qualified leads etc.

Salary: dependant on experience. Daily/hourly rate agreed as a consultant
