Afternoon, I was hoping someone could help me with an upcoming real estate project, mostly for idea generation so it allows you to be creative within the task and hopefully it is not too boring for you haha. I have plenty of supplemental reports and documents to provide to assist in the writing process. It is possible to break this project into sections in case one freelancer is comfortable writing 2 sections for example, but maybe not the others; So if you are interested in helping in at least one section please do message, thank you. Will compensate nicely if can have by Sunday/Monday.
I will provide plenty of resources again.
Instructions for Freelancer:
- This document/task will be used to create a Request for Proposals for the development of a multifamily property within the rezoned area of Midtown East, NY. The New York City Department of Planning was recently given support by the City of New York to rezone the area of Greater Midtown East, as seen in “NYC Planning - Greater East Midtown Plan” attached.
- Based on the requirements stipulated by the City, I’m asking the freelancer to help me write a hypothetical document/paper to acquire and develop new multifamily space by providing public realm improvements as per the constraints of the “NYC Planning - Greater East Midtown Plan” attached. Essentially, pulling all of the “Pros” for development out of this property, in the specified area, and putting it into a nice clean explanatory document/analysis.
- Please write document in Font size 12, Line spacing 1.5, Normal Margins. Roughly 10 -15 pages needed. This is a part of a larger more long-term project and in which this document will be used for idea generation, however all analysis written in this document will be used and not go to waste; But asking it be written in a professional manner.
- Subject property: 224 East 59th Street, New York, NY 10022, Submarket: Midtown Eastside.
