Description of Business Development: Must have extensive background in contact centre services/ contact centre consultant experience, be it Retail, Gaming or Insurance.

Experience in:
1) Direct marketing
2) client management and development, project management, heading up bid teams, operational functions and database management.
3) Source new business leads
4) Outsourcing/Homeshoring contact centre

Must be organised, can communicate at any level and have a high attention to detail. Have highly developed communication skills, able to liaise at all levels across an organisation from the front line to the boardroom.
You will be required to generate new business leads and convert them into new contracts. We are looking for someone that have previous outsourcing experience or have actual Contact Centre Consultants experience. We are a inbound customer service virtual contact centre.

Its is essential that you are have experience as contact centre consultants or in the contact centre outsourcing as this role is very challenging.
