Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hi,
I’m looking for somebody who can assist with cleaning up our historical contacts list(s) and convert the lists into a categorised database for the purpose of general contact information (CRM), but mainly for the purpose of digital/email marketing. (Mailchimp or Other)
The existing lists include bulk categories, e.g solicitors firms (circa 11000), Surveyors, property investors, finance clients. In total it’s probably circa 15000 contacts. We’d like to clean up the data as much as possible.
The data has been downloaded from various devices over the years, some of it only has a phone number, some just an email address, some just a name. We have researched applications that can help with cleaning up the data including the facility that google offers to get rid of duplicates or triplicates and also other apps like “scrubby”.
So our first objective is to actually clean up, and re-organise the contacts in categories for the purpose of everyday CRM.
Our second objective is to use the data to set up our email/digital marketing campaigns.
If you can offer only the clean up of data, that is fine, as I am sure we can find somebody to set up the campaigns thereafter.
A lot of the contacts have been duplicated or triplicated, however, we’d like to salvage as many contacts as possible, the information is in google contacts in various lists.
No offence intended, but I really need someone that is reliable and knows what they are doing, I have kissed a few frogs since using the platform, my time is limited.
I look forward to hearing back.
Best,
Tony
