Description of support work: We are looking to recruit a Xero Bookkeeper with working knowledge on new start-ups in the catering industry.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Excellent skills using Xero and Quickbooks
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- Credit control
- Processing general ledger transactions
- Processing purchase invoices and general expenses
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Posting journal entries
- Managing weekly cash flow forecast
- Payments to suppliers and staff
- General admin duties
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Assistance in preparation of management accounts

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required and experience with Quickbooks and Xero is essential.

Immediate start.

Hourly rate £15 - £20 per hour depending on experience.

10 hours per week (aprox). Part time. Work from home.
