I'm Charity Collector for a famous old City Livery Company (guild) I work some of the time from a lovely old Dutch Barge moored in St Katherine Dock, next to Tower of London. I'm looking for a SAGE specialist to set up a fully automated accounts system for our 400 members (customer group). We have all members listed on the Sage Cloud system with individual identities. Now we need to automatically invoice each member, annually, chase for payments with an automated system, allocate income, generate monthly reports, link the system to Go Cardless DD system (already operating) develop the Go Cardless Plug In (already purchased) and produce automatically generated quarterly accounts initially for complete analysis of all receipts. Also need to automatically generate a full Gift Aid claim report annually for all paying in members with appropriate reports

I'd like to set up a phone call then a meeting in London, at St Katherine Dock, where the I and my Finance Director and an assistant will discuss the details of the task with the Sage specialist. We can then explain the specific needs which incorporate the initial system design, specification and are a reporting process,. We'd then like the specialist to fulfill the agreed task independently, I assume from home with regular contact as needed.

Once set up, we will perhaps need to have an occasional catch-up to make sure all is running smoothly and for us to get help and advice as needed.
