Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a self-employed financial administrator to work between 4 and 8 hours a week (Mondays or Fridays depending on key contacts’ whereabouts so flexibility is key). You will live in or very close to Milton Keynes and be prepared to travel to a Milton Keynes location as some time will need to be spent there, some remote working will be required (own laptop is a must). We are looking for someone who can provide us with general financial/ administrative services within our small business. Tasks will include routine invoicing, expense claims, debt reconciliation, following up debtors, as well as ad hoc organisation of flights and hotel requirements. The ideal candidate will be sales and bought ledger experience as well as general administrative skills, also organised, flexible, with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word and be able to provide references of similar work carried out with other organisations.
