hello,
I have an excel spreadsheet which manages 3 companies - 2 companies are located within one excel sheet, and the 3rd company is located in another sheet. I need an experienced person to help me display and create me simple charts which show me weekly expenditure and sales. I would like an easy method to enable me via a google form or some kind to be able to create entries into my spreadsheet for either company.
I have created lists for each column but need some advice and work completed on my master spreadsheet to help me manage the 3 accounts better. Maybe need some scripting, maybe need to split up the initial sheet into 2. I use money from each business across the 3 businesses so need better way of keeping track of which business money has been spent into which business. I need a single view to show me the 3 companies. I need a clear way of moving money around. Each line is too many clicks so if we can create macros for the daily actions like entering in sales and card sales and common transactions this will help.
Just need to work with someone who has good excel and bookkeeping knowledge who can help me move towards a better way of working with my spreadsheet. I have attached some 3 images – 1 sheet contains the 2 companies – 1 sheet contains the lists I have created and 1 sheet contains the 3rd business.
I look forward working with someone who can move me to the next level of managing my money better and providing a better view and understanding of how to control the money in my spreadsheet. I would like someone who can make changes but also can complete the work via remote sessions so I can understand what changes are being made and more importantly it will help me manage it going forward.
I look for advice, guidance and welcome suggestions on how best to move forward.
I think initially I can send the spreadsheet and then moving forward depending on what actions are needed we can perform remote session for changes to be applied on the master spreadsheet.
