Description
WHAT WE NEED
- We need someone to setup our client account management processes and template, tell us what needs to be done step by step
- Ensure there are numerous checks carried out throughout the process to minimise errors
- Property Ledger correct and reconciled
- Individual client account correct and reconciled
- Client Account (bank) correct and reconciled
- any properties owned/controlled by us, need to accounted for also (note sales revenue goes to client account)
- Create statement of account for clients (this will be done weekly)
NOTE: Unlike single let property which are monthly income transaction and at most 2 or 3 outgoing transaction per property. With our properties there could be 5-15 incoming transactions per property per month and the up to 10 invoices per month.
- We aim to pay our property owners weekly, rather than monthly due to the number of transactions per month as well as a requirement to keep out client account balance to minimum.

No, we’re not looking for software development. We are looking to create a process for managing client statement accounts (which we already have an idea about - although open to suggestions where improvements can be made)
Then we need the excel templates created for use going forward.

Not looking to utilise software at this time. We are planning to use Dynamics 365 which is why we need this to be excel based.
