KeyAGENT software is integrated with many of the major Agency software companies to ensure a seamless and efficient ordering and delivery process for their solutions.
We are seeking a bright, proactive and dedicated new addition to our team to be based in our London Head Office alongside management. The successful individual must follow their own intuition and thrive in a rapidly changing environment always re-prioritising their workload against daily changing pressures.

What you’ll be doing
Acting as the Bookkeeper/ Finance Manager, you will be the bridge between the finance department and the rest of the business in what is a vital role for the company’s next ambitious phase. Your core requirements will be to manage all of the companies finance requirements from bookkeeping to improving the company’s financial processes. The role has almost limitless opportunities and is perfect for someone who is comfortable with leading the day to day finance and account functions.
This role will need to be executed precisely, efficiently with a high level of attention to detail to ensure important deadlines are achieved. Exceptional planning and organisational skills are required.
ESSENTIAL
• 3+ years’ experience as a Bookkeeper with 1+ years in ‘Cloud’ accounting
• Experience with standard accrual accounting practises including Purchase, Sales, Nominal ledgers, Payroll, VAT, Bank reconciliations etc
• Experience in making company payments via online banking systems
• Experience in handling all finance enquiries from clients, suppliers, strategic partners etc
• Experience in credit control and debt collection management
• Great Excel skills (data validation, pivot tables, vLookups etc)
• Highly PC literate and love learning and using any new software and technology
• Able to work to tight deadlines and perform well under high pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work with autonomy and minimal supervision
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
• Accountancy or bookkeeping qualifications
• Experience with Xero cloud accounting software
• Experience managing large payment runs
• Experience using HSBC.NET with CSV batch payment file uploads
• Experience with self-billing invoicing
• Experience with bespoke software generated, data driven invoicing
• Advanced Excel skills (Macros etc)
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting including P&L, Balance sheets, cashflow etc
• Experience producing monthly management information (MI/BI) board packs
• Experience in automating and improving finance and associated business processes
• Experience working with external accountants as well as End of Year accounts process
• Experience handling company accounts in excess of £10mil+
UNEXPECTED BUT VERY USEFULL ‘SUPER’ SKILLS
• Chartered accountant or other accountancy related qualifications
• Demonstrable commercial and business acumen beyond the usual scope of the role
• Excel rock star – the stuff no one knows!
• Xero Guru
• Raising finance (Crowd Funding or other alternative funding experience)
• Leadership experience including presentation skills
• eCommerce experience
• Software coding background
• Machine Learning, AI experience
