Xero MOT, payroll clean up and general advice

Hi there -
I am looking for some help with my Xero accounting. I am a very small pet sitting company based in London and need some help in making sure I've entered everything correctly.
1) A basic Xero MOT to make sure I've entered everything correctly.
2) Payroll MOT. I am pretty certain I haven't been doing this correctly, especially with regards to NIC and PAYE. I would very much like to make sure my obligations to HMRC are correct. I've just tried to reconcile these accounts as part of my year end, and I don't think they add up. As a bit of back story, I started the 16/17 year claiming employers relief, not realising that as the sole employee and director I was no longer eligible. I did rectify this as soon as I clocked this key change. I was told that all of this would get sorted at the end of the tax year, but I would very much like to be certain. Any help your could provide would be appreciated.
3) Help with declaring a dividend in Xero. I tried to start this process, but got a bit lost.....
4) General advice for best practice moving forward so I can be tax efficient and stay on top of this.
Would you be able to help with this? If so, how much would it cost? And what would the turnaround be? In particular, I am working towards that 19 April deadline to resubmit year end payroll stuff if required.

Hi Cassandra, I do hope that you've registered for Xero's webinars for year end Payroll returns as these may help with your knowledge. What part of London are you based in may I ask.. overall to sort out these gremlins and update your settings and this maybe best done onsite..?
