I am self employed running an e-commerce business and am currently in the process of applying for a spouse visa for my partner to join me here in the UK. As part of the financial requirement for the visa, I am required to provide the following:

"If the business is not required to produce annual audited accounts, the latest unaudited accounts and an accountant’s certificate of confirmation, from an accountant who is a member of a UK Recognised Supervisory Body (as defined in the Companies Act 2006)".

I have already prepared my profit and loss for the year as well and balance sheet for the year, so hopefully most of the heavy lifting should be already done. Is this something that you are familiar with and would be able to help with?
