Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a part time senior bookkeeper. Minimum experience - 3 years. We can not commit to regular hours, during busy periods work will be available to freelance bookkeepers.

Preferably somebody who already is on self employed base. Work need to be carried from our office in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Main responsibilities and duties include:
using a range of office and bookkeeping software, including Sage, Quickbooks, Kashflow, Payroll software, email, spreadsheets and databases,
Managing customers filing & organising systems;
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management and procedures for clients,
Holding meetings with management and clients to review performance;
Liaising with clients, responding to clients enquiries etc.
