Description of support work: This is for the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa (UK). I will provide with all the receipts. All the investment has been made through my personal account.


Your accountant must be a suitably regulated accountant. The accounts compilation report is a service whereby practitioners compile accounts for the company directors who are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements and for being satisfied they give a true and fair view. The accounts compilation report explains how practitioners have helped the directors prepare the accounts.

The unaudited accounts/management accounts MUST SHOW the total investment made by you.

If you want to rely on previous investment you will also need to submit:



1. Letter from accountant confirming how much has been invested in the business and how much cash remains available for investment in the business (see accountant’s certificate of confirmation below)



2. Evidence of invoices/receipts relating to money spent

    Your note says Abyl 'All the investment has been made through my personal account' but it also goes on to ask an Accountant to verify how much money is still available within the company. Can I confirm that the funds have actually been put into the company otherwise the certificate on the company could not take place?
