I have PDF that needs some interactive buttons adding to it.
It is a very 1 page simple Purchase Order form for my staff to fill out. At the top i need an automatic number added so each time the PDF is opened a new unique number is added 10001, 10002, 10003 etc etc
At the bottom of the PDF i need a SAVE button that perform 2 operations. ! is to save it to a certain location on our server i.e "The Purchase Order" folder. The location is the same everytime, it also needs the unique number added to the file name
eg:
100001-Purchase-Order.pdf
After it has saved I need attaching to an email in Outlook.
I also need a rule setting up on the email, if its under a certain value it goes to 1 email address if its above it goes to another. Basically above £2000 needs to be authorized by the manager...
I have attached our current for which we fill out manually at the moment, it doesn't need to be to different to this layout however it would need to automatically add up the line totals, add the 20% VAT and obviously show a grand total just like any normal invoice/Purchase Order in Excel...
