Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hello, I need help filing year end accounts with HMRC and Companies House. I am looking for Certified Accountants only that can provide a certificate upon request please.
Some information about my business that might be useful:
-Limited Company
-No registered employees (I take no salary, but we had two people working as consultants)
-No sales yet
-This will be our first time filling
-Income generated through 18,500 Pounds as grants from UN Ltd, Big Lottery Fund, Coventry University
-Website company: creating a site that will be a living guide to the UK with information in English and other languages with content that can be changed by its users
-Main costs included web design costs, translation costs (consultants), travel, petrol, marketing
-I have all receipts listed on Excel spreadsheets with dates and description and I am in the process of putting them into Sage which might take another week or two
-I have copies of all receipts
-I am based in Leicester and my business is based in Coventry
My deadline for Companies House is the 2nd of March and I still have time with HMRC (Corporation tax deadline: August 30, 2010, Annual Return deadline: November 2010).
In submitting a bid or proposal for this work, could you please include how many hours it would take for you to complete the three activities mentioned above (Companies House Annual Return, HMRC Corporation Tax and HMRC Annual Return)? I would also like to ask some advice along the way: what other requirements are there for SMEs, etc.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Please note since there has been some confusion in the replies: I need help with fiiling Accounts with Companies House (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc) and not with the Annual Return. Sorry for any confusion.
Regards,
Alex
