Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Kind of support: End of year account, Tax
Description of support work: I own 2 UK companies which are now non trading and I want to close them down the only creditors are HMRC so the amount of the tax owed needs to be finalised and then arrangements made for settlement then presumably the winding up of the companies can be completed. One of the companies over 4 years has barely traded and the other has traded with T/O of ca £100k per year. In summary need general business support from someone with knowledge of accounting and winding up companies.
