We looking for assistance with creating a model P&L accounts and balance sheets ( 5 years from now ) for a limited company . the information will be used to present to angel investors and to apply for crowd funding via crowd cube and other sites.
We are planning to seek a sum of xxxx K in return for x % equity stake in a social care business . We have generated a cash flow forecast but wish to generate a P&L account and model balance sheet from the cash flow figures.
An exit strategy has been defined. The service provider will also be required to generate a return on investment figures taking into account profits from trading and sale of the business in year 5 ( How are investors going to get their funds back and how much) .
Preferred service providers would need to have accounting experience as either an accountant / experienced book keeper. You mush have knowledge as to what goes in to the P&L and what goes into balance sheets ,etc.
Familiarity of generating reports for crowd funding will be a huge advantage. Crowd funding sites has guidelines on how these should be presented.
Work can be done locally or remotely but familiarity with UK taxation is necessary as it will involve use of management fees to a holding company.
Please quote for :
1 set of P&L and model balance sheet . Also include the investors returns sheet with some graphical representation of the yearly and total returns.
In your response please also quote for re-working (per re-work) if the defined exit strategy changes - so that options can be shown to investors.
