PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
General administrative support to Management Team
Entering one-off estimates in Operations System
Sending Palettes to customers
Data entry
Filing, copying, etc. * General Human Resources Administration
Processing paperwork related to hiring/termination
Processing unemployment claims
Tracking sick/vacation time benefits
Tracking other employee benefits * Office Supply Management
Ordering of materials
Organization of materials in stock room
Tracking of POs and Office Supply budget relative to orders and submitting to Accounting Department * Customer Service
Answering phones and general client questions/requests
Transferring calls to staff as appropriate
Management of CRM for record keeping of contacts
Job Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
Experience:
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Financial Consultant: 1 year (Preferred)
