Company Accounts

We are a web design company with two directors. It's a part time business with a turnover of about £25,000 last year.

We need the services of a competent person to provide the following:

1. Help with Companies House Form AR01 and other requirements - I need this fairly quickly.

2. Make sure company is set up correctly in terms of issued shares, officers, etc.

3. Make recommendations to help us minimise tax payable by the company and personally as much as possible. This is paramount - we are not looking for some to just input numbers into accounting software.

3. Produce end of year accounts as required by HMRC

4. Produce company tax return for HMRC

5. Take over online VAT form submissions

We currently keep records of sales, expenses and invoices in Excel & invoice at most twice a month.

The business is stable and although we are looking to grow we turn away work regularly. My co-director is on PAYE at a special needs school earning about £30k. I am self employed as a sole trader with a different but related business.

I would like advice to cover both of our situations in terms of dividend payments, etc. Also I would like advice on the cost benefits if any of setting up another limited company or remaining as a sole trader in my other business. I'm not looking for an accountant for the sole trader business just at the moment but some advice would be good.
