UK BASED APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE.
Hi, I'm looking for a long-term accountant for 2 new businesses that have just been set up.
The first is a Ltd. company in which myself and my wife are directors with equal share holding (we're the only 2 people involved within the business. This business is an Aesthetics Company performing medical related cosmetic treatments such as Botox and Lip Fillers. This service is mobile with no fixed clinic address.
The second business has been set up for myself (I'm the only person involved) in order to declare income I make as a Day Trader trading the stock market (Short term capital gains tax), and also an online monthly paid subscription service I run. This is 100% separate from the Aesthetics business.
Firstly, I need advice on how best to structure all the above to be most favourable for tax purposes for both myself and my wife personally, and the businesses. Turnover for each company will be below £50k at this stage and will not need to be VAT registered. I need advice on if, and how I can be self employed/sole trader on my business while also being a director on the first company with my wife.
Secondly, quotes to perform end of year accounts and submissions for both businesses. Bookkeeping I can handle throughout the year myself as this will be simplistic due to the size and nature of both companies.
Kind Regards,
Geoff.
