Business Plan For Startup

We put together a proposal document that will convince prospective investors to Invest in a new LPG Venture we are embarking upon, we have started the business plan but will need help with completing the writeup.
Our Requirements:
1) A document/proposal (Max 2 pages) that I can forward to prospective Investors to attract them;
2) Complete our business plan (Including the marketing plan & financials)
We need someone who has worked on similar successful start up ventures with the experience of creating a plan that is fit for our purpose.
Research materials are available to assist if required.
