Business Development Opportunity
We are looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic, professional individual with a proven ability to achieve their goals.
This role will be short term to begin with as we monitor the success rate -

With offices in Swansea and Bristol, our experienced team of specialists cover much of South Wales and the South West. We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and this is reflected in every job that we undertake, whatever the size or complexity.. The high standards that our customers have come to expect are achieved by employing the most experienced and highly skilled trades people, directly under our supervision and management.
Essentially, we are a one stop shop for all building and property maintenance needs, whether they be domestic / residential / commercial retail or insurance.
The Role
The aim of the role is to generate new leads and essentially business growth. You will be cold calling (B2B), offering our services, highlighting our niche benefits, increasing our brand awareness/profile, obtaining referrals, winning leads and converting them into new business. All remote, over the phone.
We want you to call businesses in the South Wales region (Details to be supplied) with the aim of introducing our services to them and converting them to using us.
Pay / Reward = You will be paid on any new business you generate - % of the sale - to be agreed. Our sales range from £1000 to £80,000 for private works to £5,000 to £1m for longer term contracts. As you can see, there is massive potential to enjoy excellent financial rewards if you fee you can deliver results
There is potential for medium to long term plans depending on success
