Build Online Forms - Admin Task

I need someone urgently to build some online forms. You will be given a list of forms - a couple of websites to see how a common form would look and be expected to just get on with it. Very simple tool to use. This could turn into a long engagement but for now it will likely take 3 days. Opportunity is much greater than just building some forms but would like to see how someone gets on. Must speak, read and write English. Must be a perfectionist and must be able to start on Sunday (Monday at the very latest!) If you can start Sunday I will take you through things myself. Be great if you have Skype installed! By the way - I am in the UK even though this says Im in France.
