Build me a jobs website!!

Hi I'm looking to hire someone to build a jobs website. It should look something like this:

I have 4 additional requirements. (1) Need a back end where someone who doesn't know anything about programming can easily update the website's database with new job leads. (2) Looking for something like this:

whereusers can select different criteria and have the result automatically update on the website. (3) The website will also have an element of e-commerce. I will be offering CV ad cover letter services, and I need buyers to be able to select between a few service options and pay me online (either through credit card or paypal etc.). (4) Is there such thing as requiring someone to sign on through Facebook, Twitter, or Linkedin accounts in order to view the full content of my website? And speaking of Facebook specifically, is there something that would require users to "Like" my website's Facebook page in order to get access to my website or see the password?
