Build me a energy comparison website

I am looking for a web developer to build me a domestic energy comparison website. The actual energy comparison calculator will not be required as my partner will provide this tool, so what I need is a professional and unique design which is user friendly and built to take advantage of SEO. I will have an energy blog which will contain various articles focusing on energy saving tips and ideas. I would consider word press but would prefer a bespoke solution.
