Build HTML email

I require an HTML email to be built, which an email marketing platform can upload and send. The HTML will need to be built to the following spec:

* Supplied in HTML format
* Mixture of text and images
* Width 600 pixels
* Include as many trackeable links as possible
* Images must be hosted on your server (preferrably 'white listed')
* HTML must view correctly in all major email providers

I will supply the following elements:
* Text
* Graphics (Layered PSD files)
* Hyperlinks

Attached you will find an example of what the final email will look like, containing 4 separate graphics.

We will need the final HTML supplied by Monday Nov 4th. Any questions, please ask.
