The business model is a B2B marketing portal that supports promotions, publishing, management, and collaboration.
Main characteristics:
1. Platform Similar to a social network where members can post and comment or ask open or closed questions on posted items
2. Collaborative Capabilities (For example members need to be invited to collaborate or invite others to collaborate on specific posts—(only by permission)
3. Content Management; ** Payment processing: ability to refer clients to purchase tickets or sell tickets with us
4. and perhaps a forum

Before the building/designing of the site, I will send you sample sites for the collaborative and content management concept, which would be a simple design where clients just click to collaborate.
