Build a wordpress website with 12 months hosting and a logo design

We are looking for someone to build a word press site. This will consist of 4/5 static pages and a blog page, we will supply all the content and links and a rough layout of how we want the information to appear. We would also like a logo designing for the site and a template recommendation. We will only listen to offers from people based in the UK and would prefer to see an example of sites you have built in word press. We are looking for hosting so if you can add this or get us a good price for this then that would be a bonus. Please feel free to ask any questions.
