The business is called Gubernare Ltd. It's Latin name for governor...

Governance in this sense though is business process orientated. It's about the watching of process, in a step by step operation. However governance like everything else needs to be targeted to pain points. So I'm thinking a logo that encompasses these three elements watching, processes, and targeting.
