Browser based wysiwyg editor with semantic markup data

A browser based html/xml wysiwyg document editor. (ajax-javascript/jquery-xml technologies)
Academic Articles will be entered (just like any ordinary html editor) which will have some inline references. (citations from other books).

Editor-user will mark these sentences and enter the additional semantic data (on pre-defined forms according to selected reference type) of the referred book for all these sentences.(book name, author, year, page, etc..)

All the data will be stored as an xml-format document attached to related article. The articles, related semantic xml-data, reference data properties all will be stored on a database.

Eventually, the readers will search the sentences of a article which are citation from a particular book or author.

(Content of the article not necessarily have these particular "search phrases" but the attached xml file will have as an semantic data, Some of the searchable data might need to be indexed, to make the search phrases consistent and reliable).
