Brochure design

We have a unique double side self-cleaning glass coating solution that we can supply on the glass that we sell with our products - juliet balconies, glass balustrades and curved glass sliding patio doors.

I would like to create an informative brochure to be able to send to architects that includes all the important information on this coating, how it works etc with visuals and technical visuals so that when they recieve this brochure they will specify this type of coating to be used on balconies, doors etc.

I need a good designer with a good head for these things as they are not easy to show in a picture and the copy needs to be good.

we have also introduced a self application product called BalcoNano that is supplied in sachets and is suitable for the trade plus private individuals

There are two options here, one to create one brochure that incorporates both (say 4 sides of A4 - i.e a folded A3) or two seperate brochures.

I think if we make one brochure - we need to make sure its clear not to confuse them and make sure they are seperate products.
