Branding Design (Logo etc)

I am setting up a new company and need full branding i.e logo, stationary, facebook/twitter/google+/linkedin styling etc along with brand guidelines developed.

I really don't want a design taken from template monster, this needs to be unique and bespoke with some real thought put into it.

It needs to stand out from the competitors.

Im not looking for a designer who just takes direction and doesn't offer any thoughts or advice based on the type of business this will be designed for.

If you are a 9-5 Mon-Fri type of person due to the urgency I doubt we will be a match.

If a good job is done on this I can direct a lot of work to the right person.
