Brand mascott (animation) needed to be designed

I need a mascot designed for a gaming/sweepstakes website. The mascot for the site is a Panda.

I would like the animation and Panda to look very similar to the picture attached but with the Panda doing something relating to gaming/sweepstakes.

Please send me a brief overview of your ideas and a FIXED price to produce the work of one, two and three designs with revisions. The panda mascot will look the same just the scenario of what he is doing will change for each design.

Copyright needs to be held by me once the work is completed.
