Booklet Design

We operate benefit schemes for employers and provide an A5 booklet to be distributed to employees. For the initial booklet design we will provide all content and we need you to design the booklet and provide us with it in two formats. A PDF version with a small file size which we can email to clients as well as a second PDF version which is ready to print. Attached is a current example. Each booklet is branded differently as it holds the branding and colour scheme of the employer.

We have one booklet that needs to be done immediately but we also look for a longer term working relationship.

We have a portfolio of booklets which need to be updated annually in-line with changes to tax law and would want you to do this for us as well. Current booklets are PDF so for the ongoing work it is essential that you are able to edit existing 'locked' PDF files.

Please offer a fixed price for a booklet design (typically between 14-24 pages) and also consider what price you would charge per booklet for small changes, (add or remove a page or edit numbers in line with taxation law changes).
