Bookkeeping Spreadsheet

I have bank statements which I would like analysed on a spreadsheet using excel, one sheet just listing income and showing the detail of where the income is from and the other analysing expenditure between categories, some judgement would be needed as there are no backing documents to tell you what the expenditure is.

This should take a maximum of 5 hours to complete and the job can be done remotely as the statements I have are digital copies.
