Book keeper

I am a self employed, minibus operator & I have no employees
I just require a book keeper to sort out my receipts so that I can submit them to my accountant once a year which would be ongoing year to year
Let me clarify further
My business is quite straight forward and would entail me giving all my receipts bank statements etc that I have collected between april to april to the book keeper to sort out so that my accountant can file it online
Preferably once a year
I also require the book keeper to be preferably in the merseyside / northwest area
so that I can hand the receipts to the book keeper in person
