Bloggers and content writers

I am looking for bloggers and writers that specialise in wedding planning and beauty, make up artists, personal shoppers and hair stylists. I run a successful healthy and wellness business for women and am now in the process of expanding. I am looking for potential bloggers but also content writers for ongoing projects.
Style of writing needs to be fun, energetic, full of personality and with a real passion for helping women love their curves and ooooze confidence.

Regarding budget I would really like to find bloggers and writers that can create some initial content (initial volume and ideas to be discussed) and then move into a monthly blogging role. Blogs need to be SEO friendly visual and written by some one that lives and breathes the subject.
