B2B Telesales EMEA - establishing points of contact

We are a software consultancy - specialising in a vertical industry. (Don't worry it won't get too technical)!
I have a database of circa 1100 EMEA based companies that I require additional resource to update each company with 2 'prime' contacts.

The important bit is the contacts need to be spoken to & verified (according to criteria) by telemarketer: 1 Financial and 1 in IT.

A script will be provided - once each contact person is established details are passed over to me to send an initial email & follow ups.

Hours to suit per day/week but the best results tend to happen from 7:30 GMT.
Ideally a training session in London (NW2 or Dartford) before hand to ensure understanding of our service offerings. Although a mix of Webex demos and Skype calls will suffice should a face to face not be possible.
Start date September (can be sooner) - deadline no later than October.
German and/or French speaker could be an advantage.
