I've been using cold email to generate leads for my sustainability business, netXero and now need to ramp up the number of meetings we generate from 4-5 per month to 20 per month.
We target CXOs of UK based SMEs who have expressed interest / pledged to get to net zero or implement sustainability. We source data from publicly available sites or from Apollo and validate emails using Apollo. We're sending 100 emails per day and getting 50% open and 1% reply (could be OOO or unsubscribes).
We need help with deliverability, data, sequences and email content.
Ideally someone who can get hands-on and optimise our campaigns to drive more booked meetings.

Further to reading your project brief, are you looking specifically for business development encompassing all the areas mentioned as well as direct dialogue with prospects for a more proactive campaign?
Ideally when do you want to kick things off and do you have an idea of weekly / monthly time commitment for the incumbent?
