Aweber Expert required

In 3 weeks time I am doing a webinar on line. I have a very large database on excel with email addresses and names but none of these people have subscribed but all have attended many online training. I have an aweber account, which I've not used that much but after reading it it tells me I need all these people to confirm they'd like to be added to the list. So I'd like someone to help me do the following.

1. Set up a email to send out to all my contacts (approximately 1000) to get authorisation. I've already been on aweber and typed up a subscriber email.
2. Complete the right forms etc.
3. Ensure my sign up page is ok
4. Add a ebook to the email as I'd like to give this away as a thank you.
5. Help me with the 'thank you email'
6. Import the list to send out.

In a nutshell help me put everything in place so I can send out an email to everyone to get a yes from them.

This will be the first job. There will be second job in 7 days after this is done but I don't want a quote on this yet. The person who does this job will more than likely be the person who does the 2nd job.

I really do need a real professional and I''d like evidence that this is your field.

I have no idea of what the hourly rate would be so I am flexible.
