AutoCAD drawing of residential plot

I need a price for drawing up. There are no original cad files available just these jpg's. There are some changes marked in red but as this is being drawn up from scratch it shouldn't make any difference to the price.

These must be done in AutoCAD 2007 - 2010 no other versions or software.

I would prefer a UK based person, but lets be honest it depends on the price. It has to be a fixed price so build in a contingency for a couple of minor changes. Preference will be given to those with a portfolio of similar work.
