Design process summary:

Shared backend to reduce cost. Design the full end-to-end flow for a mover: account creation, address capture, move dates, council notification, utilities selection, consent + e-sign confirmation, and a live tracking dashboard that shows status per provider. A website as the marketing + onboarding layer (FAQs, trust pages, onboarding wizard) and the app as the guided “move assistant.” On the backend, a secure case record per move, document consent, generate provider-ready submissions (API where available, otherwise templated email/letter workflows or web submission where permitted), and include retries, error handling, and a clear admin portal for support, provider mappings, and reporting, and implement notifications (email/SMS/push), analytics, and a scalable architecture so you can add more councils/providers without rebuilding.
