**Job Desc**
I am looking for a skilled vibe coder / AI-assisted web developer to create a professional, modern website.
The website will be mostly static, but it will require some light backend functionality to allow certain pieces of information on the site to be changed or updated when necessary. This should not be a large or complex web app the main focus is still a polished, high-quality business website with a simple way to manage limited content.
The right person should be able to use AI coding tools efficiently to build the site quickly, while still ensuring that the final result looks intentional, reliable, and professional rather than generic.

Hi Tim,
A few questions before estimating accurately:
1. Approximately how many pages/sections will the website include?
2. Which content specifically should be editable from the admin side?
3. Do you already have branding/assets/content prepared?
4. Are there example websites you want the design direction to follow?
5. Do you have a preferred platform/framework or should I recommend the best approach?
I’d be happy to discuss the best stack and workflow for keeping the site visually premium while remaining easy to maintain long term.
Looking forward to hearing more about the project. -

A few quick questions:
1. Do you already have branding/content ready, or should we help with structure and layout ideas too?
2. Which pages do you want in the website initially?
3. For content editing, do you prefer a simple admin panel or CMS-based solution?

Tim,
Any flexibility on the budget? The back-end requirement and editing functionality needs a CMS feature, which is not a small scope.
