Short AI/Deep Fake TikTok-Style Interview Video

I’m looking for a creator/editor to make a short, funny AI-generated video for an internal work project to amplify a new program that is being rolled out. It features quick “street interview” clips with deepfake-style historical/pop culture characters from across Europe. You should use my original clips, but overlay deep video AI celebrities.

The vibe should feel intentionally amateur / meme-style / social-first — it does NOT need to look Hollywood quality. Slightly awkward, low-fi, or chaotic editing is completely fine and may actually work better.
Format:

Landscape Video (9:16 TikTok/Reels format)
Total length: approx 20–40 seconds
Fast-paced cuts
TikTok/interview style energy

Concept:
An interviewer asks each character a quick ‘have you heard of the Pinnacle Awards?’ question.

We will provide a short 2-3 sentence script for each of the celebs to say.

Requirements:
AI-generated faces/voice/deepfake style is fine
Doesn’t need perfect realism
Comedy timing and pacing matter more than polish
Memey TikTok energy preferred
Use stock backgrounds or simple compositing where needed
Open to using AI voice cloning/text-to-speech
